The approach
Come up the hill.
A few hours north of Islamabad, the road climbs through pine and deodar until the air turns cool and the city falls away. The last stretch is on foot, up a stone path under the trees.
At the top: two cottages, a lawn, a bonfire circle and a long view over the Galiyat ridges. That's it, and that's the point.

The place
Small on purpose.
We kept Woodland small so it stays quiet. Every stay is looked after by our own team, from the welcome at the car to fresh logs by the fire.
- Only two cottages
- No hotel corridors, no crowds. Two homes on a quiet pine-covered ridge, each with its own view.
- Real fireplaces
- Stone hearths and seasoned wood. Mist outside, woodsmoke and warmth inside.
- Home-cooked meals
- Ask our caretaker for a karahi, fresh parathas or a simple breakfast on the veranda.
- Guided pine walks
- Trails start at the gate. We can walk you along the ridge to the best viewpoints.

Where you'll stay
The cottages.
Each sleeps up to six, with two bedrooms, a fireplace and its own outdoor space. Minimum stay 2 nights.
